Shipping
1. Where do you ship to
We ship nationwide across the U.S. and to most international countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. All orders come with tracking so you can follow your package every step of the way.
How long does shipping take?
- Ready-to-ship units: 2–5 business days processing
- Custom wigs: 7–14 business days processing
Once shipped: - U.S. Standard: 3–5 business days
- U.S. Express: 1–2 business days
- International: 7–14 business days (subject to customs)
Please note: processing times are in addition to shipping time.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Click the link to track your package in real time.

Returns
How do I return an item?
Because of the nature of our products and for hygiene and customization reasons, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted unless your order was received damaged or incorrect.
If there’s an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
How long does it take to process my return?
If a return is authorized (due to seller error), we will begin processing as soon as we receive the returned item. Refunds or replacements are typically issued within 3–5 business days of approval.
Can I exchange for a different item?
Exchanges are only accepted if the wrong item was sent or your wig arrived damaged. We do not allow exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues. Please double-check all details before completing your purchase
